  1. I chose the bridge metaphor. As a teacher I want to facilitate my students learning. I throw myself very intensively to the process, and sometimes I have problems with letting the students grow, when I just push and push my own experiences to them. That’s why the part about letting the bridge collapse and encouraging the students to build their own bridges really is something I have to keep in mind!

  2. Words of B.Franklin is my choice.
Also I would like to share with you a quote of William Ward “The mediocre teacher tells. The good teacher explains. The superior teacher demonstrates. The great teacher inspires.”
I myself with my really little teaching experience consider this words as my PDP.
